Mr David Dunford has emailed me today telling me that he has asked them to cancel this parking charge, he received a reply from them telling him on this occasion they have cancelled the charge and would be writing to me shortly. I will wait to see if they do this, and let you all know, thank you for the support you have given me I won't forget this! ❤️😥

BUT .... when did Dunford and the DVLA start asking PPC's to cancel ?
