    Went online and paid for 2 trips there and back so 4 crossings for £20. Site seemed to crash half way through so I called them to check it had gone through as I didn't receive the usual text message or email. The guy on the phone said I was £20 in credit but my online bank statement says I paid £10! I've since done 2 crossings.
    Because I never got a receipt I can't check whether I'm still £10 in credit.
    Not a good system though to be fair I've not had this problem before.
