DFS delivered wrong sofa...

Hi
I could really do with some advice please.
Story so far...
I stupidly decided to order 2 sofa's online from DFS in July this year on 4 years interest free credit. Got the paperwork in the post and said delivery in 5 weeks. After 5 weeks i contacted DFS to see where my sofa's were to be told thay were still being made and they would contact me soon.
After 7 weeks i contacted them again and mentioned if i had known that sofa's wouldn't be delivered after 7 weeks of waiting then i wouldn't of ordered them in the first place and i mentioned cancelling them. Next day i get a phone call saying we have your 2 seater sofa but were waiting for the 3 seater to arrive before we deliver them (they said 3 seater was expected in store within next 5 days). They offer me to either wait and they will deliver both sofas together or they can deliver the 2 seater the next day and deliver the 3 seater asap.
I chose to have the 2 seater delivered next day and the 3 seater within next 7 days.
The 2 seater is delivered but there's no wooden feet so delivery men say they will have to put plastic one's on and order the wooden feet (going to take 4-6 for delivery ).
1st week of October and the 3 seater still hadn't been delivered so i contact DFS again via email to ask ''where's my sofa'' and mention cancelling it. Next day i get a phone call to say we now have your sofa and it will be delivered 12th Oct. Sofa is delivered and delivery men go and it's only when i'm sitting on the 2 seater and looking at the new 3 seater i'm thinking that's not the sofa i ordered.
I look on DFS Website and browse the leather sofa's and see a sofa called ''New Force'' and to my horror realise that's the sofa that's been delivered. I had ordered Valiant 2 & 3 seater sofa's. The ''New Force'' sofa and ''Valiant'' Sofa look very similar but the arm rests are different designs.
I immediately phone my local DFS (Droitwich) who delivered the sofa and explain they have delivered wrong sofa. The lady looks at the ''New Force'' and ''Valiant'' Sofa online and says they look very similar and checks my order to confirm i ordered 2 Valiant sofas and then says her Manager will ring me the next day.
13th Oct the Droitwich Manager rings and i tell him i don't want The ''New Force'' sofa and i want the ''Valiant'' Sofa asap. The Droitwich Manager says because i ordered the sofas online he will get the person who took the online order to ring me on (14th Oct). I never got a phone call back on 14th Oct and by 3pm that day i'm worried so i went on DFS Website and even tried requesting a phonecall between 15:30 & 16:30 but they ignored my request.
What can i do? i'm really worried i'm going to get stuck with a sofa i didn't order. All i want is the sofas i original ordered.
Appreciate any advice/help.

If you havent already got something in writing (even email) to say you are rejecting the sofas as they dont conform to contract, I would do so now so that you have a record of you rejecting them within 30 days.
If the store are dragging their feet and you paid on finance, contact the finance company and enquire about a section 75 claim. But I would at least wait to see what the store says before contacting them. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

Hi
Just to update this thread...
My local DFS rang me this afternoon to say they have now found my 3 seater sofa... It was in their warehouse after all, hidden by other sofas lol.
They delivered my sofa within the hour and i'm very happy with it.0 -
If you want a strange experience do dfs online chat. It's video based so you text your questions and you have a live video of the person chatting to you who just speaks the reply.0

That sounds like a good way to avoid having a written record of what they tell you!
I may just troll them anyway by asking if they have any sales planned soon.0
