    Do any of the letters indicate the Keeper is liable? Stick them in a Dropbox - with personal details removed - if you want someone to check.

    Very unlikely as cases in Scotland are as rare as [fill in the blank]

    It only says if I am not the driver then I should forward the drivers name and address to them. They even said please!!

    And, there is your answer, they need to know who the driver was ?
