They replied with another letter stating they would be looking into it and contacting BOS. Same letter they sent after l sent the 'prove it' letter. Will have to wait and see what they find.0

This morning l had a phone call from the BOS. The person of the phone said he was a complaints manager and wanted to discuss a complaint. l had to think quick on a feet. I told him l would not be speaking with him any further as this complaint is with Wescot and l have had no dealings with BOS for over ten years. Did l do the right thing? As l didnt progress with the conversation l dont know what he would have asked or where it would have went. Now l dont know what to expect next.0

Have they provided proof of the debt yet ?
Makes no difference whose name is on the agreement, when asked for proof they have to provide it !!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Should it still be enforceable then you would both be fully and equally liable unless otherwise ordered by a judge in your divorce (and this is HIGHLY unusual!) - however the original rules apply - they should still comply as per sourcrates reply aboveDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!
My DFW Diary - blah- mildly funny stuff about my journey0 -
Still awaiting a response from them.It does seem that cant provide proof, or they would have done so in a heart beat.0
