So it has been an interesting weekend.
On the plus side today was my birthday- yay but wasn't quite debt free as planned. Saturday my car had to go to the garage as the warning light came on and it made a random noise from the back! It needed 2 new parts and set me back £204. As I had pushed so hard to reach my target debt free date I am a little disappointed it only lasted 24 hours (I could only put this bill on credit card as it would have eaten up all my spare money for the month). But I know £204 is well within my means of what I can afford next month so it isn't the end of the world. My emergency money can't be saved soon enough!!!
Hope you all had a great mothers day!Barclaycard 1 = £976.90 / £0 remaining
Barclaycard 2 = £1865.10 / £0 remaining
Nationwide = £1156.45 / £0 remaining
Total = £3998.45 / £0 remaining :j

You can totally smash it and it is a great feeling when the debts are cleared. Don't underestimate the importance of any emergency fund to remove your reliance on debt.Barclaycard 1 = £976.90 / £0 remaining
