I prob wouldn't build your hopes up to much folks, most answers will prob be usual vauge on the fence type responses I would think.

In life It's not about the answers you get but the questions you ask
  • I agree with Norfolk shot Banks were settling before the OFT got involved, my case against the Abbey has been stayed and I cant be bothered to pay out any more money, my situation is to just accept the stay and wait to see what happens with the test case- none of us are any wiser as to what will happen or even if the banks will pay up if they lose???
What guarantees or options do we have??
  • So what was the out come of this meeting ?
  • subscribing and waiting
  • Why have they done this cosy little deal that protects the Banks while the Consumer continues to get shafted??

True, but sometimes the agenda is already set so the questions may just fall on deaf ears.

I wanted to know why credit card claims are stayed by courts, and why the OFT don't let the judges know they are wrong.

But it would appear that Martin has been kidnapped by the OFT, and put in a large vault at Barclays,
