I agree with Norfolk shot Banks were settling before the OFT got involved, my case against the Abbey has been stayed and I cant be bothered to pay out any more money, my situation is to just accept the stay and wait to see what happens with the test case- none of us are any wiser as to what will happen or even if the banks will pay up if they lose???
What guarantees or options do we have??0 -

I wanted to know why credit card claims are stayed by courts, and why the OFT don't let the judges know they are wrong.
