Remember that it is not yours to appeal unless it has your car reg on it. This has nothing to do with the house it was found at if issued to the delivery driver.

As we've said, we think this was issued to the lorry so needs to be posted or handed to that delivery firm; it is their issue to appeal, if it has their lorry's VRN on it. You could help them out by providing the delivery firm with a signed & dated 'witness statement' if you saw the CEO slap it on the slabs and NOT serve the PCN to the lorry or driver. They would win an appeal on that basis.

You will need to upload it to a web hosting site such as tinypic or photobucket, then post the URL here, but change http to hxxp. Someone here will then change it to a live link.
Make sure the web picture account is not in your real name and doesn't have any personal information on any other pictures.
