VAT cut on specific rayburn model

The 212W wood only fired heatranger rayburn has had it's VAT cut from 17.5% to 5%. This also applied to fitting. Although this model does not do central heating 
, it does heat the water and you can cook on it.:T :T
I saw this at Mole Valley Farmers. I am not sure whether other stockists are doing this or whether it is a dealer specific offer.
