Albany Assistance (Auxillis)- waste of space?

My daughter was involved in a multiple collision back in May. Lorry went into the back end of 4 or 5 cars slowed/stopped on the Motorway. She was one from the front. Car written off due to rear end damage, minimal damage to front. Fully comp insured with Hastings Direct. So she phones up to report (a bit shocked). Hastings…

Hi All,
They sent me an email after 3 weeks, of my constantly badgering them letting me know that management has reviewed my case and they won't be pursuing the charges at this stage. What do they mean, at this stage?. Are they trying to keep the case open for later. I think I'm going to have to complain. If management has reviewed it, then why keep it open?.
