Would anybody know roughly how much it would cost to run 2x28w aquarium fluorescent bulbs for 12 hours per day for one year? I'm asking this as I'm thinking of replacing them with a far lower wattage LED.

2 x 28W x 12h x 365 = 245280 Wh = 245.28 kWh
Typical cost for a unit (kWh) is 12p so about £290 -
I can only count up to 10. After that i need to take my socks off.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
