TalkTalk Introduce new packages this month. Are they value for money???

I have notice on the talktalk website, that packages have now changed. There is a bundle with increase line rental, any good, or better to remain on their legacy packages????
Trinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!
