Update - the First Utility scheme for the Broader Group will be open for applications on Monday 21st November 2016.

first utility still not open and its the 21st nov are they dragging there feet ?

I phoned them and asked about this and the answer I got was that the broader group scheme would be opening for applications on monday 21st November.

As my mate says, the day don't end until midnight................

Another update

First Utility opened their scheme for the broader group yesterday, BUT they are working through the list of people who registered their interest using the form on their website and expect to have gone through the list by the end of the week.

They will send and email response this week if they think you are entitled.

As soon as you get that email fill out the form which it links to.

Now it's just wait and see but you should know by the end of this week.

Still no email response from First Utility regarding Broader Group, no doubt they would say they are still going through the list of people who registered an interest.

I have received the discount in the past when I was a customer of EDF and Sainsbury, I would be annoyed if I didn't get it from First Utility.

Any luck from anyone else?

The latest update - no more after this

The First Utility scheme for the broader group is now open for applications.

Go to their website - https://www.first-utility.com - and click on HELP then type in WARM HOME in the box and press enter.

There is a link in the what looks like purple box that comes up - click on that then fill out the form.

It looks like they have not sent out emails but the form is there on the website to fill in and submit.

Maybe they don't want a flood of applications or they don't have a lot of money left to distribute.
