Just checked and all four devices are being used. One PC One laptop PS3 and a mobile.Thats interesting , and you have looked in "manage my devices" and are sure its not just added its-self as a new machine ??
(problem would only be apparent if you were up to your limit on device numbers)

I've not had any trouble with Sky Go seeing the PC as a new machine after the updates.One very very annoying thing about these updates , is that when they happen - Sky Go sees your machine as a different computer - And you can only add/remove devices once a month .
