Hmmm, perhaps I could use a made up name then? John Smith etc.
So, if the letter arrives there tomorrow or Friday that should hopefully then stop them remembering to get my data from the DVLA, they will probably almost systematically reply with a rejection, and hopefully by day 56 no NTK will have been received so if in the future any LBC is received I can go to Court to point out their non-compliance of POFA2012.That's the point! That's why we recommend doing this at this time (keep proof of posting, a free certificate of posting from the PO Counter, 1ST CLASS, staple it to your copy of your letter, as proof. NOT RECORDED DELIVERY - NOTHING TRACKED/SIGNED FOR, NONONO.
OK - I will attach a 1st class stamp and hand it to someone behind a PO counter after requesting a free certificate of posting.Do not phone them up, do not email them if this is not offered on the PCN. Stop trying to re-invent the wheel - we know what we are doing. So yes, a name and address of the keeper IS at the top of the letter.
OK, I will not telephone them.0 -

We'll see if it works, it does with small firms lots of the time. No NTK is fatal for them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The PPC have written back.
"Thank you for your letter of appeal received on 27/10/2016. We have spoken to LYPFT and they have advised me they have informed you of this cancellation.
Please use this letter as confirmation of this cancellation."
Case closed, I think.0 -
