Have you asked SIR Allan Duncan what is the point in his constituency with him around ? He will probably give you the brush off to that question as chances are ... he does not know himself

I have over the years done so and been given details of owners of vehicles after capturing them on my "dashcam" doing unsafe and stupid things and then forwarding info to the police.

The police have informed me, possibly thru gritted teeth on 1 ocassion, that it lead to a prosecution (sorry english not my 1st language)

So NO NO NO dont stop access

The comment was directed at PPC's.

If you police the roads yourself why would you spend £2.50 to get the details when the police get it for free .... as you are reporting them with your dashcam evidence, leave it to the police and stop wasting your money
