They have sent me an email apologising and given a 10% discount. So trying to make their mistake pay for them by the look of it

Me too.. I feel like such an idiot for telling everyone.. Isee when they wrote " hope you can understand what a difficult situation this is for Beauty Base", I think it's us that have had the difficult situation!
