Now they have sent an email offering a 10% off code to an order, to which I have replied how disappointing & telling them I am reporting them to ASA which I think we all should do! Lets see what they do then.

After reading some of the comments on here and FB then I agree 100%

People wanting someone to lose their job because they made a mistake !!!!!!!

Likewise, I got the email. I really don't think someone should lose their job over it though. Ok, it was a mistake but nobody died or suffered a serious trauma. We should get this into perspective. I would rather take the negative energy some people are venting here and turn that into positive energy. The negative energy you carry around on this, will prove to be a resistant factor and potentially limit your chances to win other competitions.

In other words, deep breathes and "let it go".. we are still so very lucky!

I realise most people will think I am bonkers... but that's ok... I actually don't mind.

My thoughts exactly, mistakes happen, we're all human after all, some pretty harsh comments on here and Facebook, how'd you feel if it was your loved one these were being directed at, not nice.
