I've not paid anything in over 7 years.
I might have emailed them a while ago asking what accounts they have on me?
But I was told email do not count as acknowledgement as they're not sighed.
So just to clarify sorry, a ccj can be lodged on a debt that's not available on any credit file.0 -

Yes, there is no connection to credit files and court action.
I don't know on the email thing, but if your debts are statute barred I woudnt be paying them anything now as they will be gone in a year0
