Help me get a Primark opened in Edinburgh!

Believe it or not, unlike most other major towns and cities, Edinburgh currently doesn't have a Primark!

Please support me in trying to get Primark to listen to the people of Edinburgh who need an affordable fashion outlet by adding me as a friend on MySpace: myspace.com/edinburghprimark

Don't you know that all the fashionistas shop at Primark, dahling?

And we have plenty of 'chavs and dregs' in Edinburgh already, except that we call them 'schemies' or 'neds'.

What is wrong with having a Primark in Edinburgh?

I went to Primark in Glasgow today and got loads of great stuff for next to nothing! What's wrong with that?

This news article is dated 01 Dec 06. To date, there has been no Primark opened in Edinburgh, and the M&S ladies' wear store at 91 Princes St is still open for business.

Didn't you wonder why it cost you next to nothing?

It's cos the sweat shops in the third world pay the child slaves less than nothing to make them for you!

I think that statement goes for many high street shops, unfortunately. However, unlike some high street shops, Primark has signed up to a Supplier Code of Conduct:
