No help to the op's question but I always get our milk from iceland £1 for 4 pints, it has very good use by dates as well.
Netto also do 2x 4 pints for £1.99, price has been like that for about six months too, before then it was 2 for £1.80! - Thankfully for us there is a Netto and Iceland down the road, so one of them almost always has them so you can get the 4 pint ones for £1!
Don't Asda have a similar offer on too, or has that since finished?
Cheers

Plenty of ordinary own brand milk in Tesco here in Worcester this morning.
I too noticed it was missing from the online shelves. It's £1.34 for a 4 pint carton.0 -
You can get the filtered milk (like Cravendale) in Lidl/Netto etc for £1.10 per 2 litres and I find this keeps very fresh in the fridge for 2-3 weeks“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0
