Holiday Accomodation

Hi guys,
We are converting our garage into holiday accomodation, and wondered if you could give some advice on what to do about phone line/broadband?
We live in a very rural area in the West Midlands and get quite limited broadband supplied by PlusNet. We would ideally like the holiday accommodation to have a separate phone line/broadband, as we don't want guests impinging our download speeds (5 of us in the house, and 1 very heavy user). How would you go about this? Is there a cheaper way to get two phone lines and a sort of "shared" package?
Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I remember you could get shared 'party' lines - pretty sure that is old hat nowadays. I suspect you'll need a new line installed - some provides may not charge for this - I don't think BT charge, - from their website 'If you're getting a BT Broadband or TV package online, then we won't charge for installing or reconnecting your line' - not sure about plusnet0
