Not sure where to post this.
Recently joined HiFX online currecy transfer..I called the number direct from the moneysupermarkets website . I was surprised how easy it was for me to join . I didnt have to send them any documents or anything other than answer a few questions .Address etc .
Is this normal?
I am about to transfer a large sum back to the UK with them and have some concerns .
Should they not require some paperwork from me ?
Thank you .

Perhaps they ask for more when you start a transfer. But you should check reviews and I think their rates/charges are not ideal. From which country? Why not use TransferWise?Evolution, not revolution0

There's nothing wrong with TransferWise, I have often used them and the money is usually in the recipient's account the next day. If you PM me I can offer a referral link for you to sign up with that gives us both £15 credit against transfer charges.Evolution, not revolution0
