Well Finally!!! VCS refered this to higher management after the land owner emailed them yet again and I said either cancel or lets go to court, finally the agreed to cancel the invoice (PCN) just have to pay a £15 cancel charge.

So fighting them paid off :)

Tell VCS to stop behaving like complete idiots and to stick it up their scamming mucky hole.

BWLegal will not take it to court, it would prove to a court that they probably are even more incompetent than we thought.

I mean no disrespect, but you are a mug if you pay a single penny.

Tell them to FRO and cancel or take you to court. You owe them nothing and they have been nothing but unreasonable.

There is no cancellation fee. They are lying if they say otherwise. You will find nothing on their signs, PCN, or website about a cancellation fee. They know they have lost and it will cost them even more for BW L to lose in court n their behalf.

Don't do it. Don't pay them anything. In fact you should consider starting a small claim against them yourselves for the time this has cost you and their unreasonable behaviour.

In fact, I would contact VCS and thank them for their offer to pay you a cancellation fee and you will accept a cheque for payment of the 15 quid.
