  • Hi,

it'll be fine, as long as it doesn't have any mould on it.

I would use it, but just make sure that I heat it to boiling point to make sure.

I have done this quite a few times in the past and eaten the bolognese with no ill effects!

Just make sure that you keep it in the fridge today and then heat it through thoroughly before eating it.

    It will be fine.
Make sure you reheat it thoroughly.
Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.
  • It was quite cold last night so there should be no problem, as others have said put it in the fridge today and heat it through thoroughly tonight.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

    Hi Waxies,

Unless your kitchen was particularly warm it will almost certainly be fine. The usual rules apply, use your senses...if it looks ok then give it a sniff, if it smells ok then taste a tiny bit and if it tastes ok then I would eat it. Just make sure that it's piping hot before eating.

As your thread has dropped down the board I've added it to the main thread on food safety.

    Absolutely not. Do not re-freeze!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Think Molly means "...but do eat it all right now:rotfl:".

Personally - I would refreeze it.
