Do I need a laptop?

I'm going to attempt to fix my laptop, first of course.
So far system restore, system reinstall, system repair are not working.
So I'm going to download an ISO image file to get working.
If not, the HDD is messed up on this second laptop of mine and I'll have to salvage any dam data.0 -

Have you posted the full model number and brand name of the laptop concerned?0
