We have number of items from them, and we are very happy with the quality.
However we also had problem with the wardrobe going upstairs.
I put it down to our fault, as I did not measure it and we have tiny stairs space.
In the end I matched the wardrobe to the rest of furniture from M&S.. You wouldn't know looking at it it is different supplier, but it came in 2 pieces so we could get it upstairs!!
However it was a lot more expensive wardrobe... £400 more then OFL.0 -

there are a few "Oak Furniture Clearance" stores dotted around we go to the one in Kidderminster.
Not sure exactly where their stuff comes from but the kind of faults and the amount of stock they have does mean there is a lot of faulty gear out there.0 -
The newspaper managed to get it down to £100 with haggling and solicitors involved:-

It does and its a pile of sh*te, they use lowest quality Oak that should end up on the fire.
Their furniture is full of pale coloured sapwood that doesn't darken with age like the rest of the oak will and will look very, very odd in a few years time. Then they boast about how the drawers etc have dovetail joints, wow, woopy doo. A complete drawer can be made in a few minutes with modern machinery.
They must own shares in a company that makes their wood filler with the amount they use.
Buy cheap, buy twice.................Get what you pay for.;)0 -

The wood comes from indigenous oak forests in China and it should be banned, it's as bad as buying mahogany or ebony wood from rain forests.0
