MBNA Purchase offer

Hi all hope someone can help as the callcentre staff at MBNA really didn't help me at all.
Have had the card for about 18months and existing 0%purchase and bt offer expired last month. I logged onto my online banking this morning and saw a new offer with the following offer:
"0.0% p.a. until 14 October 2016 on all new card purchases"
Are they offering a two week interest free period (to me this seems pointless) or are they saying I have until 14th October to make the purchases. As said the gentleman at MBNA didn't define the offer one way or another.
Thanks in advance

It reads to me as 0% for 2 weeks.
Otherwise it would need an end date for it to read as an ongoing 0% offer.
i.e. "0.0% p.a. for xx months until 14 October 2016 on all new card purchases"
I'd call up again and ask to speak to someone else, sounds like you spoke to a trained monkey if they couldn't even give you a definitive answer.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards.
