I give up - I don't know how you all do it...
... How do you manage to read and reply to everyone's posts and get the work done? :rotfl:
A bit behind already but I will make up time... grrr computer won't open up my word doc with all the details in - ok I need to spring clean my comp too (too many pics of kids lol need to find a way of backing them up so I can free up HD)
Well needless to say my kitchen is making me feel so proudIt is amazing how much better it looks when all the stuff that migrates into here migrates back to where it should be
Only prob was when I was clearing out fridge I found a tub of natural yougurt that goes out of date today - so I HAD to make a double batch of muffins - Chocolate and Orange - so the kids have mini ones in their lunch boxes today and I have to resist the usual temptation to eat the lot :rotfl: I am going to freeze half of what is there and the rest can go between snacks for kids and some for oh to take to work. I will allow myself 1 a day - I went up a dress size over the summer hols - so I have a capsule wardrobe atm...
tiamia_d - the gift baskets are beautiful - I know in particular the bratz baskets will go down a treat!
embb - thanks - user id is just about the only calm thing about me :rotfl:
I would recommend Ovenmate to anyone - The only places I have seen it now are Lakeland and Kleenze - up here you used to be able to get a double pack from Costco for the same price as you pay for 1 elsewhere - they stopped stocking it up hereIt is so good though I just bite the bullet 'cos I know it works!
Just found out that the kids have Friday/Monday off school  oppppss I mean :j So I need to get the playroom sorted by then... as well as keep up with the lists...
re the ebay challenge - for the sake of my marriage I have to give it a miss :rotfl: however I will sort through all outgrown stuff and pass on to people who have kids the right age/store for the school rag bag scheme which I think is collected in November.
Hope everyone who is a bit down is feeling a little better today.0 -

Chasingbutterflies.. we all spent the first 2-3 weeks chasing our tail as well.. it seemed like we never stopped but it does get to a point where you think (or at least I am at the moment) why bother with most of the list as the room is tidy.. I do try to do a bit more of a bigger fling then though and see what I can shift out of the house! As for todays list.. I did half of it the other day so my hall and stairs are fine.. and front room needs a vacuum over and bit of a fling and reshuffle but it is mostly ok.. the children got to clear all their junk out of it and most of the household junk is theirs so there isn't much left for me to do.
SO.. I get to do painting and flinging!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

aaaargh, I have just unpacked the shopping and realised that I have forgotten to order milk, so will need to go to shops after all AND it's started raining so much for sunshine and wind I had two loads out on the line, house now looks like a laundrette as I am trying to avoid using the TD - does anyone know where I can get a costing of using a TD - aiming to cut back my usage with a few to saving money but not sure where I can work out the actual saving.0

I didn't manage an hour, I was starving. Have only managed the utility room cupboards...why do we keep so much stuff that we never use. I found stain removers that my hubby ex wife bought and we've been together nearly 15 years!!!
Looks great in their now. I found loads of broken or slightly damaged bits that I put to one side for Hubby to fix. I figure if he hasn't done them by now, then its not going happen.
Waiting for the window fitters to arrive, so I haven't been cleaning windows or window sills. Once the new windows are in I'll start on those.
So just the girls room to do now and dinner, making chicken pie.
Gonna put my feet up for half an hour and start again at 1pm.....0 -
FINALLY... some peace.. Tiddles in bed and hubby JUST gone to work.
Washing out, some more in.. and once I've necked this turkey casserole I am going to go paint something!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

so far today i have done
absolutly nouwt, zero, ziltch:o except help oh hang washing out
had to go back to drs which took half the morning. She has told me NOT to go back to work until I've finished with the osteopath,so i've got to go and break the news to that bloody woman from personel tomorrow on way to said osteopath.that will make her day(not)
house looks like a bomb site but I'm going off in a min to try and have a mad hour before the small people(who still hate me)come home and wreck it all again.dd's have been told they are not going anywhere,no tv,computer etc until they tidy their room.I refuse to do it for them,i think at 7 and 11 they are old enough to do it.ds's are grounded til wkend for being little sods and refusing to go to sleep, making so much noise they woke the girls up,so they can tidy their room up as well.
can't hoover at mo though cos oh is in bedLead us not into temptation...
just tell us where it is and we'll find it....0
