BT Fon - Can't access it

As a BT broadband customer I thought I'd make use of the BT Fon service but it won't accept my BT ID.
I tried to find an email address for them but believe it or not there isn't one available!! Their service centre is closed after 10:45 pm and online chat is not available!!
Anyone know BT's help desk email address?

Use the BT members help page/ community forum .
Not sure about BT Fon but mine works on BT WiFi in the wifi settings .
My Guess is that you have the BT fon/ wifi service turned off in your router settings .0
