It's struck me after a year of being on this board that there's so many threads condemning numerous professions and their conduct when it comes to house selling/buying.
Maybe for new users a single thread would prove useful. Be the feedback both negative or positive. Especially if they engage the search function.
Said professions could include:
*House builders
*Solicitors/conveyancors
*Surveyors
*Estate agents
*Letting agents
*Management companies
*Mortgage brokers
*Banks/Building society's
Buying/selling a property involves numerous entities normally. Even if you're not using that specific firm it might give those doing so a better idea of how to engage them.
The house buying/renting process in England and Wales is years behind Scotland.
Maybe i'm as mad as a badger with TB and the thread will die. So be it. But seems like a good idea to me.
