TNC are a pathetic, toothless debt collector so start ignoring them:

Who was the original parking firm, the one on the signs/on the PCN?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    BPA members, P4Parking t/a Nighthawk:

Well known on here, you just needed to search for 'Nighthawk' to read stuff going back years:

A bunch of ex-clampers who are such small fry they have no record of trying court:

    http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/P4_Parking_UK.html

...see the big fat zero there on the BMPA summary! You should expect daft letters from TNC. Ignore those but update them if you move house within six years, just to be sure you do not miss actual court papers (unheard of from this lot, as already said, but just to be sure).

The only action you could take would be re this:
i tried to correspond with TNC via their website and they are claiming that they have not received any correspondence from me.
If you are sure you did submit an actual appeal (did you get a screenshot as proof, or an acknowledgement email?) then complain to P4Parking's Trade Body, the BPA, that you were never sent a POPLA code after appealing.
