Sky+ HD/Sky Q options help.

Sky have changed the pricing now for skyQ, new customers can't order Sky+ plus anymore. I am an existing customer with 60% off tv package I asked about skyQ I was quoted £189 for 2tb box & 2 mini boxes, I phoned the cancellation number as well.0

I was being quoted all sorts of stupid prices for sky Q but after I accepted my 60% offer and my account had updated fully ( about 10 days or so) I could go online and get it for £12/month with £60 upfront for the 2TB box plus one mini.
I found it a complete waste of time ringing them as they were totally inconsistent about pricing.0 -

WOW thats bloody expensive.I guess the price seems to depend on your current package. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

...currently, the price/renewal deal for ANY Sky package seems to depend on:-
a) the rep. you talk to.
b) the time of day
and c) your star sign :rotfl:
I'm back to 3 different offers ,dependent on whether I look online,at the Sky service app. or thru Interactive on the box!!!0 -
Well there seems to be something weird/strange going on with Sky offers on MySky pages.
I have been offered 50% off for 10 months, 50% off for 1 year. letter saying 60% off for 1 year and on Sky app the same offers and on Sky box nearly the same offers.
Other people on MSE have had the same issues with the offers and last night i got an email saying 60% off for the year but this morning i went to check my balance owing and the MySky offer was now 50% off for the year.
I only have 3 days left to cut off and Sky have rang me 5 times on Thursday so maybe thats why i got less discount.0 -
The MySky web front page WAS showing 60% for 12 months yesterday -now showing 50% off for 12 months -and when I clicked on my account details it's back down to 50% for 10 months:rotfl:
Haven't tried Interactive service yet today but Sky Service app on Android tablet still showing 50% for 12 months this morning.
No phone calls or emails yet.0 -
Just go on chat/call them and say you want to take up the 60% offer. Then haggle some credit and a rolling contract.0

My offers decreased, so I will not be renewing tv (cancellation due next week) and have ordered PlusNet phone etc. The last Sky rep admitted that they couldn't even match PlusNet's pricing.0 -

Yesterday for me, the best phone etc deal was half price ADSL or a 'better' deal including tv, which was about the cost of full price tv and a little more than free broadband.
The PlusNet person who helped with my application said they are having a lot of Sky customers joining and the busy phone and chat lines seem to support this.0 -
Yesterday i went onto MySky and there was a 60% off discount for me to keep my tv and not carry on with the cancellation.
Today i had a live chat and said about the offer and the rep said that offer is/was never meant to be on my or anybody elses account as there was a technical fault with the Sky accounts being offered this 60% and i am not the only person who has tried to claim this offer.
I was offered 50% off on a 1 year term. I was not offered credit and as for the multiroom i was told i would have to call Sky to get this working and they still do multiroom but the chat person only deals with keeping Sky tv.
In a bid to keep me he/she said that when my tv goes off the best i/everybody will get is 30%-35% discount and that is all Sky will offer.0
