There you go, you DID say £1 per month extra.

What does it say in the line before the one you have highlighted? It's stated 4/month

so how does that make it weekly? do 4 months have 5 books sent to make 52 a year?

Anyway OP, did you get the link when you first subscribed?

Select ‘Paper & Digital Version’ when ordering. You will receive a confirmation with a registration link and further instructions within 2 days.

How many full seven day weeks are in every month? Yes of course some months there will be five issues...that's how a weekly subscription works.
  • Please can we stop arguing over months and isuues etc. and stick to Post and trying to help me. as this is getting off topic.

I never received any confirmation email with registration link or additional information regarding digital editions.

I only ever received one email acknowledging subscription, which just thanked me for subscribing and showed price and what I had superscribed to.

there were no links in this email or any information on how too access digital editions.

teddybear, how did you pay? It may be something you could do a 'charge back' by speaking to your bank? Or by invoking the Direct Debit guarantee?

CEO of DeAgostini UK appears to be Simon Carthew. He's on LinkedIn.
  • on linkedin It says Simon Carthew is CFO (Chief Financial Officer) not CEO.
is that who I need to contact or do I need to find out who the CEO is.

I read the OP and she clearly said £1 or issue and each month received 4 books.

she never said £1 per month

OP I think you should be getting a refund, not sure how you go about it though
