Meeting with MM and I-T at 10am this morning - MM very keen to try and put appeal date back until twins have gone back to school so as not to cause further disruption to their lives.

Have rung Headmaster and await call back from him to ask if he can arrange through school for twins to see a counsellor.

It went well thanks Rog, I-T and MM got on well and now know that they are both 'singing from the same hymn sheet' and working together. MM was worried about the appeal and its court like method so now feels happier knowing that I-T has been in court giving evidence so many times and isn't afraid to cross question. MM still not had reply from council about his request for a later date due to children and school holiday and feels that council are being 'mischevious' over moving the date from the 17th Dec to 3rd Jan - as we all agree I'm sure!

MM also speaking with my CC friend to see how they can help me together.

"I would need to gather hard facts as bullet points to enable me to present to the appeals panel.

Do you have, say a one page series of facts in your favour and data against landlord/ non determination by DBC etc.?

I will also take Council legal advice on my position in appearing as a witness."

Received this from CC - what does anyone think please?

I think he is looking for a summary of all of the events in your 'story so far' mot, condensed down to one page, that he will be able top refer to.
I would start at the beginning (Buncefield) then just 'list' everything with just date and event (not in detail). He would, in my opinion, use this as an 'aide-memoire' referring to more detailed notes as necessary.
