Hi everyone,
I need to buy a new mobile phone and I want to choose an investment that is going to last me a while without breaking. So I also want to choose a shop I can return it to if it breaks within warranty period.
I've got my heart set on a Google Nexus 6 but John Lewis don't appear to sell that.
They would usually be my go-to place for investments as they're so good with returns.\
Does anybody know of a reliable place I could purchase this phone from, that also has a decent returns policy in case I need to return it?

I bought my Nexus 6P from Google direct with no issues

I think Carphonewarehouse sell them as well.
Be advised there are 2 new model Google Pixel mobiles going to be released this Autumn replacing the Nexus 5 & 6, so no way a Nexus 6p will be an 'investment'
This will probably bring the price of the excellent Nexus 6p down

A phone is not an investment, it will depreciate rapidly.
Why would you need to return it?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Perhaps 'investment' is the wrong word then.
I don't want to sell it on at a later date or anything. I just want to be able to use it for a couple of years without it breaking unexpectedly. For example, a lot of people report their Samsungs crashing within a couple of months of buying them.
If this kind of thing happened, I'd like to be able to return it. Likewise if I hate the phone after using it a couple of days, I'd like the freedom of returning it and buying a different phone. I know John Lewis would have allowed me to do this, if they had the phone I was looking for.0 -
I've returned a faulty phone to Argos after 6 months and had a full refund. It's o my a 12 month warranty with Argos though.0
