O2 Early Refresh - Help me save!
Options
Hi Moneysavers - am after some advice please.
I want the new Iphone 7. I am on a tarriff with O2 where i can upgrade to a new phone after a year, which is now - but the more i think about it the more i think it's a bit rubbish.
I have an Iphone 6s, which has just (last week) been replaced under insurance - so perfect cond. The deal is that o2 pay off your remaining device plan, in my case £300 - but the phone is worth 320-350 with various phone recyclers. I presume o2 would lock me into a extra year of contract too.
Heres my details
Device Plan £25 P.M - £300 (12 months left)
Airtime Plan £28.70, 30GB (of which i use about 10).
Current Device - Iphone 6s immaculate.
The other option option i can think of is to trade in my device, say goodbye to O2, and get the iphone by some other means.
Any suggestions? The o2 way seems easy and convenient, but i suspect that there is money to be saved..
