Good stuff - it is time for everyone to complain about PPC harassment and the wholly inappropriate 'power' of keeper liability, to their MPs and Mrs May (who says she wants a Country that works for everyone).

Glad this worked for you - please do make that complaint, write your own is best. If not, adapt the template on the BMPA link and change it to suit. Let your MP and Mrs May see your paperwork slam on their desk and see how this affects ordinary drivers.
