Contact the Ombudsman. Four months is far too long to wait.Made a PPI Claim to Shop Direct via Resolver Tool, claim was upheld and they sent me a letter in May 2017 to say this and that I'd receive the calculation letter within 28 days. Still not had this
At least you can take comfort that your redress is still accruing interest while it remains unpaid.
On the plus side, your interest is going up all the time and the £100 goodwill gesture certainly goes a long way to make up for the delay.
