Iphone 10.02 update

Hi, My first ever post so hopefully im in the right place for help. I can longer use fingerprint recognition on my iPhone 6 since the latest update. How can I reset this so that accessing my phone can be far simpler again as it was before?

    Hi,
    No I haven't. There was a post on MSE website last week about this and similar user problems and there is a way to change it back within settings to reset how you access the phone via the home button. Unfortunately I can't find the post on the site.

    In Settings, select General, then Accessibility, then Home Button and flick the “Rest Finger to Open” switch.

    No issue with iOS10.0.2 on my iPhone SE, fingerprint reader opens it up with no problems.

    Have you gone in to Settings>Touch ID & Passcode and deleted your fingerprint(s) and re-registered them?
