The way it actually works:
We have pretended to consider your case but we are greedy and want your cash, we have no other income except inventing scams and traps to ensnare victims.
We also have associated scammers we have promised to share the bounty with including our staff bonus scheme, so accept our polite (at first) rejection and pay up or we'll move it to our bullying desk.0
