Assistance please with DRP (Please note, i'm not a Newbie :) )

Hi guys

I've had several parking tickets that I've successfully disputed in the past.. Thanks to you wonderful people, so firstly thank you

Ok so I could do with a but of assistance with latest issue if you would be so kind.

Basically, I use the private car park every day and always pay the parking fee.. However this time I left my window slightly open and wind must've blew ticket off.. I instantly disputed with UKPC as I sent the photo of my ticket to them. They replied offering settlement of 30 quid.... Me being a tight ar*e ignored this as I had duly paid my fees to park.

However.. I then get first letter off DRP and after scouring this site for assistance.. I chose to send them a firm response (template from here so thank you again) telling them I'm not paying and they should drop.

Now I have received a second letter (unsure how to attach photo here) basically saying to pay £160 this week or '...we will recommend to out Client that court action be taken to recover outstanding balance'

Please advise my next course of action please because I have absolutely no intention of paying these robbing sods.

Thanks guys

Had you missed this thread? It has slipped to Page 2 so you might have done:-

READ THIS BEFORE YOU START A NEW THREAD ABOUT ROSSENDALES or DEBT RECOVERY PLUS!

At the end of the day DRP are a debt collector with exactly the same power as you and I to chase a debt. The difference is that by making all that noise, writing letters threatening all manner of trouble, CCJ's damaged credit record etc etc and generally making you believe that you must pay now rather than having to pay vastly more later they succeed in persuading people that they have real power.

The truth is they don't. And if you read their letters you'll find their threats laced with the words "may" - and the one thing they can't do is to take you to court for someone else's PCN.

Have a cup of tea. Chill and then read through the above thread.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

As you know you are dealing with 2 scammers here, UKPC and DRP.
The clue here is that UKPC by offering you pay £30 means that they have accepted what you say but in true UKPC style, they still want to scam you.

Now you have the stupid DRP wanting £160 from you ???

You just ignore DRP AS THEY ARE A POINTLESS IGNORANT company.
The threats DRP make are probably sent from their in store asylum desk ?

DRP can only waste their time and they mean nothing so IGNORE.

The only option for DRP is give up and pass back to UKPC.

UKPC would struggle in court with a demand for £160 when they have already said you can pay £30.
And, you did not pay the £30 BECAUSE you already paid and have proven it.
COPY OF PAID TICKET TO THE JUDGE.

The courts are fully aware of the antics of UKPC

    Ignore DRP ..... and wait

This is UKPC, the well known fraudsters.

    http://www.driving.co.uk/news/dvla-stamps-on-parking-company-that-cheated/

You paid, no-one has lost a penny, do you honestly think that they would take you to court?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Thank you but I am not a legend, many more on here will carry that title.
However, I tend to look a lot deeper into the errors these idiots make and then play the mind game
