Thomas Cook flights to Cape Town

Just had a look at this new service where one way flights start at £299. The is also a Premium fare for £599. Has anyone flown on an Airbus 330 and is it worth paying the extra for premium. My particular concern is for leg room but the economy seats do seem to have a better pitch than BA economy. Thank you.

The answer will always be subjective.

There PE cabin does get good feedback if you look at reviews and Trip Advisor.

For £599 on what is a 10/11 hour flight, I personally would take it.

Others will say spend the extra £300 on more cheap wine and steak dinners in Cape Town..... subjective.

According to the link the Air Tanker is all economy

In its civil specification, the aircraft will be delivered from Airbus and set-up by AirTanker to an all economy Thomas Cook Airline 323 seat configuration.

so if they are offering standard and premium prices on the Cape Town route it would suggest that the flights are not on the Air Tanker.
