HELP PLEASE!!!!: West Retail Car Park, Southampton.The invoice was given for FAILING TO DISPLAY VALID TICKET. It asks I pay £70 within 28 days or £40 within 14 days. The latter is no longer possible as the ticket is 3 days over from that. I could not find the ticket anywhere. I was at @ apple store at West Quay,…

They truly were just the words I needed, cheers Coup!;-)

However, they are being extra efficient. I sent my appeal by e mail and they already have replied with a POPLA verification code..will make the appeal after reading don't have to pay if I loose at popla stage..
