    Congratulations engineer amy, great result!

    A Christmas wedding, how exciting Muppets. Wishing you the all the best.

    I like others sometimes feel like I've taken one step forward, two steps back as I've also added to my debt over the course of the challenge. However I'm focusing on what I've managed to pay off and if I hadn't done that I'd be even further in debt. Here's to 2017 challenge! still can't believe the year has nearly gone though!

    Thank you. :kiss::kiss::kiss:

    llydaw, the year has gone by so far, i can't believe that we are so close to the end of it. You are right to focus on what you have paid off. I sometimes work out where I would be now, if I hadn't paid any extra off, seeing how far I have come makes me feel a lot better. :beer:

  • Eek sorry for not checking in I wasn't getting notifications on my phone which always prompts me to log on and then no thread but found you and everyone has been doing so well, so much better than me but I have been trying so £516 paid off since my last log in although I do know that I'll go into more debt over Christmas and I'm okay with that. My mum has been so ill I didn't think she'd make it this far. She's 84 and can barely walk, her eyesight is going and she's getting confused so I'm going to make it a good one.

    blackberrycurved sorry to hear about your mum, it's a terrible time to have to go through, we did it last year with OH's father, we made his last Christmas as good as it could be for him.
    If there is ever a good reason to add to the debt, then I think this is one of them. xxx
