When do sign ups start for next year?

I was looking at getting it set up about Sat 17th Dec, which is 3 weeks today. I'm due to get married 2 weeks today and will have family visiting from the UK for the weekend.

This years still runs until the 26th Dec, so any payments made up until that date can still be added to this years. :)
