That is not right, i won my appeal, it must mean something else. It was written in the same paragraph mentioning my representation as well, as my rep did not have the same story as me, is that maybe a reason why? Because my rep got it wrong and i spoke my mind there, and they took his incorrect version over my truthful real and very accurate version?

You could have won the appeal on the basis of the other witnesses / evidence, even though you yourself were not found to be credible.

I see, then they must of thought i was lying when i was not. That is a shame. Well i thought the judge was a fake phoney guy but i did not tell him that - that would be rude.

OK i think i get it then.

Can it also mean that my version can not be relied upon, because i was all over the place and stressed at that tribunal?? And i believe they saw that.

I would assume "We do not find him to be a credible witness" to mean they didn't believe you and thought you were exaggerating. I suppose it could be the opposite and they thought you were playing down your symptoms, that you weren't aware of the severity of your condition and were claiming that you could do more than you actually can. That would fit with winning the appeal. However that doesn't really fit with appealing in the first place. It's confusing!
  • when they said "him" did they mean you or the union rep? and yes it means they didn't accept your / his story / version as truthful.

Actually that seems right, i though i was going to lose and just told the truth of it, no lies or anything. Yes they also said that because this problem is like this that i was not a credible witness, and that the original ruling of me bing fit for work is overturned and that i won a appeal there.

I think you got it, they were not being rude then. Good.

They said that about me. Though i now believe i know why, they were not being rude they thought i was not telling them how bad it was.

Do you think you contradicted yourself at all? Either in what you said at the tribunal or between what you said on your PIP form and you answers at the tribunal? That might have made them doubt you. Easily done when stressed if you slightly misinterpreted what they were asking.
