Just to revisit this thread whilst posting about another problem....I contacted all Mums creditors and we agreed on each of them getting a percentage of what was owed to them. They were all happy and I feel that I done the right thing as far as my dear Mum was concerned. Appreciate the replies that were received to this thread.
