Loading prepaid US Dollars Travelcard with US Dollars

Having just sold a car to a visitor from the US, he paid me in cash dollars which I want to use on my upcoming holiday to the US. I am trying to find a bank that will issue me with a US Dollars currency cash travel Mastercard and load it with my US dollars, but have so far only found it's all too difficult or unacceptable for them to do this. Any advice on a 21st Century bank that will take my US Dollars and load them onto their travel currency Mastercard would be much welcome. For obvious reasons, I don't want to have to carry that amount of cash on me or leave it in a hotel safe deposit for any lenth of time.
