What a fab post, thanks! I just had a wee bit of bad luck though, bought the 3 x £9.99 sets which came to £3.98 with -10% and then bought 3 x £14.99 and it came to £12.72 with -10%. When I got home I realised on the last one the assistant had charged me for 4 sets so I have an extra charge on this receipt for £6.74!!? Grrrrrr. Do you think I can phone and say anything now? Or will they just see the big discounts and tell me to go away? Am so annoyed with myself that I didn't notice!0

If it was me I'd go back. Just say you only bought 3 and were charged for 4. It's not your fault she charged you for 4, neither is it your fault that the Boots tills are giving such a wonderful deal. That's my opinion, anyway. If I had known then what I know now . . .

Thanks for this!
I read the offer the other day, but was thinking i didnt really need this stuff, so never went.......however the bargain got a hold of me and i went to buy the 3 x sets just 30mins ago.
The checkout girl put it through, then said - 'oh sorry - ill have to put it all through again, theres an error' so she put it through again, then said 'ill have to get this checked'
she got it checked, by 5 different people, then the manager said 'just put it through, i dont know whats up with the tills'
so basically, i got my 3 x sets for £4.98.......but when i looked at the receipt once i was in the car, my points hadnt been added - she must not have put my card in the machine right!!!
I never had the guts to go back in and say i wanted the 539 points when they all knew i had such a good deal to begin with!!
Oh well, 3 x sets for £4.98 is still great..............now i just have to find new babies to give them to!!
Thanks again.

mhoc wrote:Hate to say this but if you'd put them through as two seperate transactions, you would have got two lots of 500 points for spending £25 on baby care (as I right in thinking that?)

Ah you are quite right aren't u! I missed out on that one I guess, not to worry though cos I only had one 10% off voucher and one double points voucher so i've not missed out on that much. Thanks anyway, i'll bear it in mind if I go get any more!0 -
Thankyou so much to the OP for such a brill offer!!
Just been to the Boots in Southport(we have 2, but 1 of them only had the Little me smellies and not the gift sets, so I went on to have a look at our main one in the town centre) and bought 2 sets for £9.99 and 1 set at £14.99 (I know it works best if buying the same priced sets, but they didn't have a lot of stock left funnily enough!!) should total to shade under £35.00, total amount to pay £7.48!!
I forgot to take with me my 10% voucher, but found a double points voucher (that should have been used up by 30th april!!), so got 49 points for the shop, plus 49 points for the double points voucher, plus 500 bonus points!!
So for spending £7.48, I ended up with £5.96 worth of points given to me and also the £5-00 skincare voucher!!
Think I may go back tomorrow and spend my skin care voucher, and see if they will accept the 10% voucher or new double points voucher aswell. Well, I can have a try!!
Many Thanks  :rotfl:if you cant have what you want, be grateful for what you have :T
